For my graduation project “Collaborative Playground” I looked into the influence of collaboration on creative processes.The diverse and dynamic landscape of design results in the demand of a more open and more flexible working approach.The interest in shared processes is growing steadily, which is good, because the accelerating developments around us confront us with ongoing challenges that we often cannot handle alone.

Based on the belief that existing creative potential can be stimulated and stirred through interaction between two or more individuals, I conducted several different experiments and captured the results in a book. This book is less concerned with the question of whether the products that were created in the experiments are creative,but rather to what extent the process was perceived as being creative.

The thoughts of the participants in the respective experiments give a comprehensive insight.This picks up the current idea of sharing, openness and the common process, and encourages young designers to venture and explore interactive processes.
